As we begin to move forward into Phase-4 of the Governor’s re-open plan on June 26th, we are happy to announce this will allow us to open our studio space under the mandated health and safety guidelines. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new process. We will continue to do our best to keep our space as safe for both our students and teachers.
For those that are not able to join us back quite yet in studio, we will continue to live stream our classes as we have been, with a couple small modifications. We will be offering a mix of in-studio classes that will also be live streamed, as well as classes that will only be live streamed.
Here is our plan for reopening our sacred space:
- Do not come to class if you are feeling unwell, sick, have a fever, or cough or have any other symptoms.
- Wash hands thoroughly before and after class.
- Class times are spaced accordingly for proper cleaning protocol in between classes. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure that the studio, especially high contact areas are cleaned thoroughly. The studio floor will be steamed with disinfectant between classes, and all frequently used surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant as well.
- In studio classes are limited according to social distance spacing. We will have the floor marked with tape that will allow for proper social distance spacing.
- Students must pre sign-up for class online ahead of time, we will not be taking payment in studio.
- Students will only be allowed in the studio 3-5 minutes before and after class.
- No use of studio mats, props, towels at this time. We ask that you bring your own mat, props, and towel.
- Teachers will not be offering any hands on adjustments at this time and will be remaining on their mat during practice.
- New waivers will need to be signed before coming back into the studio through Mindbody. You will not be able to sign the waiver through the Mindbody app on your smart device, you will need to do this through your web browser.
- Students are required to wear a mask when they come into the lobby. The World Health Organization recommends you do not wear a mask while exercising (practicing yoga), however it is optional during your practice. The instructor will have a mask on at the front desk /lobby area. They will not be required to wear them while teaching.
- We ask that you limit the amount of personal items you are bringing into the studio (aside from yoga items).
- Students on unlimited monthly, we ask that you only take 1 in-studio class per day due to limited space. Live stream classes will not have any limit on them.
- CANCELLATION POLICIES. If you are unable to attend your reservation, you must cancel online. Cancellations must be made via your MindBodyOnline account no later than TWO HOURS prior to the start of class (phone calls will not be accepted for cancellations). If you fail to cancel in time, you will forfeit your payment for that class.
